A two Days getaway Private Morocco Tour from Marrakech to Fes via Merzouga and Erg Chebi dunes with a night in our camp in the heart of the Sahara, starting in Marrakech and ending in Fes.
ITINERARY
DAY
1
Marrakech – Tizi – N´Tichka Pass – Kasbah Aitbenhadou – Merzouga – Erg Chebbi Dunes.
At 8:00 our driver will pick you up from your hotel or riad in Marrakech or anywhere you tell as. Then we will head towards sahara desert, passing through the Tizi-n-Tichka Pass in the High Atlas mountains. We will visit the old Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, Heritage of humanity by UNESCO, then we will continue to “valley of the roses” and to Skoura oasis.
We reach the desert dunes of Erg Chebbi in the evening and we will enjoy an hour camel ride to watch the desert sunset, head down to the desert camp to have dinner and overnight stay at the Luxury Camp.
DAY
2
Merzouga – Erfoud – Errachidia – Midelt – Cedar Forest ( monkeys) – Fes
An early morning wake up to watch the sunrise from the top of the Erg Chebbi sand dunes. you will have breakfast in the camp, pack and camel ride back, back to the roads, you will head north towards Fez via the Middle Atlas Mountains. On the way, we will drive through Rissani, Erfoud, Errachidia and Medilt.
We’ll stop for lunch and take pictures of wild monkeys on the Cedar forests of Azrou before arriving to Fez. Drop you off at your accommodation or at a place of your choice.
